It got a little nervy in the end, and required a crucial late save from David Raya, but Spain held on in Parken to beat Denmark 2-1 and confirm themselves as first in their Nations League group. Goals from Mikel Oyarzabal and Ayoze Pérez gave the visitors enough of a cushion to take all three points. Gustav Isaksen’s late strike was ultimately only a consolation for the Danes, and was just the second goal Spain have conceded across the five matches of this iteration of the Nations League.
